Welcome to LeadSave. Our application is a professional lead management utility designed to help users extract, organize, and export contacts from various sources, including on-screen content, images, and system logs. We provide functionality to convert raw data into organized VCF and CSV formats for business and personal use.
2. User Authentication & Access
To provide a personalized experience and manage premium features:
Authentication: LeadSave uses secure authentication (including Google Sign-in) to manage user accounts and subscription status.
Free Trial: New users may be granted a trial period to experience the full capabilities of the "Screen Scan" and "Batch Export" features.
3. Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization. We only access the data necessary to perform the app’s core functions:
A. Personal Information
Extracted Numbers: Phone numbers and names identified via Screen Scan or Image OCR.
Account Data: Name, email address, and profile identifiers used during the login process.
B. Usage & Device Data
We do not collect unique device identifiers (IMEI) or hardware-specific trackers.
We may collect anonymous crash reports and basic performance telemetry to ensure the app remains stable on all 17,000+ supported Android devices.
4. Permissions & API Usage (Critical Disclosure)
A. AccessibilityService API Policy
Purpose: LeadSave uses the AccessibilityService API strictly to read and identify phone number patterns displayed on the screen when the user manually initiates a "Screen Scan."
User Control: This service is entirely optional. It only runs when the user triggers a scan and can be disabled immediately after use via the in-app prompt.
Privacy Assurance: We do not record, store, or transmit any private conversations, passwords, financial data, or sensitive on-screen information. All screen data is processed locally on the device.
B. Call Log Permission Policy
Purpose: To detect unsaved phone numbers from recent call history.
Data Accessed: Only the phone numbers from recent calls are accessed. We do not read call durations, timestamps, or recording data.
Trigger: This access is user-triggered and not continuous.
C. File & Storage Access
Purpose: Required to generate and save VCF (vCard) and CSV files to your device’s local storage. This is essential for the "Save to Contacts" and "Export Batch" features.
5. Data Storage and Security
Local Processing: The majority of data extraction (OCR and Screen Reading) happens directly on your smartphone.
Encryption: Any data synchronized with our secure backend (such as account status) is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your extracted leads or personal information with third-party marketers or advertisers.
6. User Rights
Data Deletion: You may delete your lead history or your entire account at any time through the "Me" (Profile) section of the app.
Consent Withdrawal: You can revoke Accessibility or Call Log permissions at any time through Android System Settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to stay compliant with the Google Play 2026 Developer Program Policies. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app update notification.
