LeadSave is a productivity tool designed to help you save contact information efficiently. To provide these features, the app requires access to specific data on your device.

A. Contact Information

Permissions: READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS
Purpose: To save new phone numbers detected by the app directly to your device’s address book and to ensure duplicate contacts are not created.
New Contact Policy:
LeadSave is an automated utility for business or sales persons. Requiring a manual Contact Picker for every lead would break the core automation of the app, which is designed to save leads in the background while the user focuses on their marketing work.

B. Notification Data

Permissions: POST_NOTIFICATIONS, Notification Listener Service
Purpose: LeadSave monitors incoming notifications to detect phone numbers. This allows the app to automatically suggest or save leads from apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.

C. Image and Media Access

Permissions: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Purpose: To allow you to select images (such as screenshots or business cards) from your gallery so the app can detect and extract phone numbers using OCR technology.

D. Accessibility Service Disclosure

Permission: BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE
Purpose: LeadSave uses the Accessibility Service to "read" the content on your screen. This is strictly used to identify phone numbers displayed in other apps so they can be saved instantly.
User Consent: This service is only active if you explicitly grant permission in your device settings. We do not use this service to collect personal passwords, credit card numbers, or sensitive chat content.

2. Data Processing and Storage

Local Processing: All detection and extraction of phone numbers happen locally on your device.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent your contact list or screened data to third parties.
No Cloud Uploads: Your contacts and the data scanned from your screen or notifications are not uploaded to our servers.

3. Required Permissions & Services

To function correctly, LeadSave utilizes the following:

Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC): Used to ensure the app can process notifications or screen data in real-time without being interrupted by the system.
Storage Access: Necessary for processing user-selected images.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us access to your data. We use industry-standard methods to protect your information locally. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
